Welcome to Kveeky. These Terms of Service ("Terms," "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," "User," "Customer") and Kveeky, a Delaware company ("we," "us," "our," or "Kveeky").
By accessing or using our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use our Services.

2. Description of Services

Kveeky provides AI-powered AI voiceover services through a web-based platform accessible via subscription. The Services include features, tools, and functionality as described on our website.
2.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to:
- Modify, update, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time
- Add or remove features or functionality
- Change usage limits or restrictions
- Update the user interface or user experience
- Change third-party providers (including AI providers, authentication providers, and infrastructure providers)
We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes, but are not obligated to do so. Your continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
2.3 Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Services may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance (we will attempt to provide advance notice when possible)
- Unscheduled maintenance or emergency repairs
- Technical issues, system failures, or force majeure events
- Third-party service provider outages (including authentication providers, AI providers, and infrastructure providers)
- Factors beyond our reasonable control
WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS OR UNAVAILABILITY.
2.4 Beta Features and Experiments
We may offer beta, experimental, or preview features. These features:
- Are provided "as is" without any warranties
- May be modified or discontinued at any time without notice
- May have reduced or different functionality
- Should not be relied upon for critical purposes
3. Account Registration and Authentication
3.1 Account Creation
To access certain features of the Services, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Keep your login credentials confidential
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach
3.2 Account Eligibility
To use our Services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
- Be at least 16 years of age if located in the European Union
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Not have been previously banned or removed from our Services

- Non-Transferable: Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account to any other person or entity

3.4 Third-Party Authentication
We offer the ability to create an account and authenticate using third-party services, including:

- Apple (Sign in with Apple)
- Facebook (Facebook Login)
- LinkedIn (LinkedIn Sign-In)
- X (formerly Twitter)
- Phone Number / SMS Authentication
- WhatsApp Authentication
By using third-party authentication, you acknowledge and agree that:
a) Third-Party Terms Apply Your use of third-party authentication services is subject to the terms of service and privacy policies of those providers.
b) Information Sharing When you authenticate through a third-party provider, we will receive certain information from that provider as described in our Privacy Policy.
c) No Control Over Third Parties We do not control third-party authentication providers and are not responsible for their availability, security, or changes.
d) Account Access If your third-party authentication account is suspended, terminated, or becomes inaccessible, you may lose access to our Services.
e) Disconnection You may disconnect third-party authentication providers, but you must maintain at least one valid authentication method.
f) No Liability We disclaim all liability for issues arising from third-party authentication.
3.5 Identity Verification
We may use third-party identity services for verification. You authorize us to verify your information.
3.6 Account Security
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We recommend using strong passwords and 2FA.
3.7 Multiple Authentication Methods
We strongly recommend connecting multiple authentication methods to avoid getting locked out.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Plans, features, and pricing are available on our website. Subscribing constitutes agreement to plan-specific terms.
4.2 Free Trials
Free trials may be offered at our discretion and will convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled.
4.3 Payment Terms
Payment Authorization: You authorize us to charge your payment method.
Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
Payment Methods: We accept credit/debit cards and other methods via our secure processor.
Taxes: Prices exclude taxes unless stated. You are responsible for applicable taxes.
4.4 Automatic Renewal
YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL AUTOMATICALLY RENEW UNLESS YOU CANCEL BEFORE THE RENEWAL DATE.
4.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice for existing subscribers.
4.6 Failed Payments
We may retry failed charges. Access may be suspended until payment proceeds.
4.7 Billing Disputes
Contact us within 30 days for disputes. DO NOT INITIATE A CHARGEBACK BEFORE CONTACTING US.
5. Cancellation Policy
5.1 How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via Account Settings → Billing. Requests must be submitted before renewal to avoid charges.
5.2 Effect of Cancellation
Access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur.
5.3 No Partial Period Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 No Refunds
ALL SUBSCRIPTION FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY REASON.
6.2 Renewal Charges
You are responsible for cancelling before renewal.
6.3 Billing Period End Date
Access ends at the conclusion of your billing period.
6.4 Limited Exceptions
Refunds are considered only for technical errors or where required by law.
6.5 Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Unauthorized chargebacks will result in account suspension and potential legal action.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited conduct includes illegal activities, generating harmful/deceptive content, system abuse, and account abuse.
8. User Content and Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your Input. You grant us a license to process it. You own the Output subject to these Terms. We retain all rights to our Services and IP.
9. Third-Party Services
We use third-party providers (payment, AI, auth). We are not liable for their actions or failures.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
AI outputs may contain errors. You are responsible for verifying Output.
11. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the greater of fees paid in the last 12 months or $50. We exclude indirect/consequential damages.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your use of the Services or violation of Terms.
13. Termination
We may terminate your account for violations. You may terminate at any time.
14. Dispute Resolution
Governed by Delaware law. Disputes resolved individually (Class Action Waiver).
